11:00 AM - 11:30 AM ~ Luna Wind: The Cumaen Sybil
A practicing witch for over twenty years, Sybil believes that all dancing is a form of worship and weaves movement throughout her rituals and spell craft. Sybil began dancing in 1980, studying Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Gymnastics, African, Indian, and Middle Easter Dance. She has appeared at the Mine Belly Dance Festival, Eros Noir, A Christmas with Voltaire, The Gothic Ball, Raks Spooki, Local Metal Shows, Pagan events, countless local and "away" hafli's, Spoken Word Nights, art openings, writing events, charity events, and numerous other projects throughout New England.

Although her children have always danced with her, Luna Wind was created during a bout of bed rest over the late fall of 2005. Along with her husband Drew, Sybil used henna magic to ease the discomfort and fear of preterm birth and thus the inspiration for combining dance, henna art, and ceremony was born. Luna Wind made their debut at Maine Pagan Pride Day 2006 and have been magically raqing ever since. For more information, check out www.sybilwilen.com

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM ~ Saco River Drum Circle
Rhythm is a universal language that allows us to communicate at the most basic creative level. Drumming together cuts through cultural, racial, and gender differences and gets to the core of who we are as living beings. When a group of like minded people come together in a circle and merge their rhythmical experience into one musical expression, they create a community rhythm (or drum) circle. We welcome you all to share in experiencing the journey of our groups creative rhythm making as part of this event!
